Bio:

Lou is Combat Studios’ co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. He oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services for the Tour of Duty™ and Combat Testing™. He is also tasked with recruiting and training new senior administrators and ensuring that all assets are in place for each Tour of Duty™ as well as the Combat Testing division.

Lou is a veteran of the United States Army; he was awarded two bronze stars and a purple heart for fighting during the first Gulf War. Following this experience, Lou has managed several automotive companies and has over 12 years of management, budgeting, and operating experience at both start up companies and large firms. Lou resides in Daphne, AL with his wife and two daughters. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Ronald Comes is Combat Studios' Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the proper management of all aspects of Combat Studios activities so as to insure maximum membership satisfaction; a sound financial operation compatible with the best interests of members and staff members; the maintenance and improvement of the quality of Combat Studios services; and the security and protection of Combat Studios assets. Ronald has been with Combat Studios since 2004. Ronald resides in Midwest City, OK with his wife and son.

Tom Maaswinkel

Bio:

At the age of only 12, Tom learned, on his own, to program websites and by the age of 16 he already worked for a well known Dutch company. At the age of 17 Tom worked for a Dutch bank being the sole developer of one of their internal websites. In the meantime, Tom also got interested into games and joined CombatStudios' BF2 Ranked Servers program and stepped up the ranks quickly.

Currently, Tom is studying International Game Architecture and Design and has his own company specializing in Wiki's (the software behind sites like Wikipedia) with a couple of the biggest company's in the Netherlands as his costumers.

In his spare time, Tom spends it testing various software programs and has previously tested for company's like the Rabobank (a Dutch bank), Electronic Arts and Idoru (game developers).

With these experiances Tom became Assistant Director of CombatTesting, as well as one of the developers of CombatStudios.
